Anyone.....In SYCR's 10-KSB it states.."The number of record holders
of the Company's Common Stock as of July 8, 1997 was 373 and the
number of beneficial holders of the Company's Common Stock is estimated to be more than 1,000. My question, What's the difference
between "RECORD" holders and "BENEFICIAL" holders ?

I bought 4 more shares of SYCR with it. :) $2.00 within 30 days.
Lets see it closed at 1.93 yesterday. Don't go to far out on that
limb. :) How about $3.00 ???

ps Have you played the Plantation course on Maui. Was there 2
years ago and played it in a 35 mph wind. Mentally exhausted at the
end... however, it doesn't take much to tax my brain cells.
