The Zip plus I guess is a little unusual then. The Zip plus documentation says to always use the cable that comes with it. The Zip plus cable has a 25 pin male connector at one end (a connector that will plug in to a standard parallel port) and a 25 pin female connector at the other end to connect to the Zip plus. The Jaz Jet ISA has a 50HD female connector on it. So, I need a connector which will fit into the Jaz Jet (50HD male) and into the end of the Zip plus cable (25 female).

Maybe I should abandon adaptors altogether and try to find the right cable. The Zip plus docs do say to use the cable that comes with it, though.
