The particular guy "assasinated" was a high ranking AQ officer, who lost all his civil protections when he publicly declared war on America. He's fomented several attacks on Americans where lives were lost. At that point, you aren't a citizen, you aren't a criminal suspect, you're an enemy combatant in a war, with a mountain of evidence proving it. Do you think soldiers in a war should be read their rights, have access to an attorney and a trial before they are shot by one of OUR soldiers? Don't be ridiculous.

Both Ron Paul and YOU are just WRONG here. The majority of America that agrees is RIGHT.
