I strongly agree.

The fact of the matter is if the IRS perceives that a man has broken the law, it can legally garnish his wages and freeze his investment accounts.

Likewise, courts routinely garnish the wages of deadbeat fathers for child support and alimony. Accounts are often frozen while the details are sorted out and financial reconciliations and restitutions are made by force.

The U.S. government also has a history of freezing the accounts and assets of foreign governments at will.

The point is that U.S. government can freeze and confiscate assets at its own discretion.

To that end, the freezing of assets, accounts, and property of illegals should be part of a multi-pronged deportation effort.

Ten key steps to the total removal of illegal aliens:

Step 1: Elect a Congress and President who vow to find and deport all illegal immigrants from U.S. soil.
Step 2: Enact a law that makes illegal immigration a felony
Step 3: Enact a law that retroactively removes citizenship from the anchor-descendants of illegal aliens
Step 4: Enact a law that requires the federal government to freeze and confiscate all assets (money, accounts, property, precious metals) from illegal aliens in the United States
Step 5: Enact a law that makes hiring an illegal alien a felony
Step 6: Enact a law that makes renting or selling housing or transportation to an illegal alien a felony
Step 7: Enact a law that requires U.S. citizens and businesses to report suspected illegal aliens to ICE
Step 8: Announce that the United States will no longer tolerate illegal immigration in any form. Officially state that illegals must leave peacefully now with their personal belongings, or suffer severe financial and legal consequences in addition to being forcibly deported.
Step 9: Recall troops from foreign wars and position them along the southern U.S. border with orders to shoot to kill invaders.
Step 10: Find and systematically deport all illegal aliens and their anchor descendants remaining on U.S. soil. Step 11: Charge foreign countries for the deportation expenses and social service expenses incurred as a result of illegal aliens. If a country refuses to pay, simply freeze their nation's assets in the United States.

I am tired of reading stories about how Americans cannot find employment while illegals are employed, and how honorable U.S. military officers are booted out of the service as they approach retirement due to lack of funds, and how police departments and fire departments are closed down left and right because of bankrupt cities, counties, and towns. While all of these undesirable outcomes manifest, millions of illegals are living and thriving in the United States at OUR expense! This MUST end! Obama, Gingrich, and Perry simply don't get it. -ng-

Of course, our nation has many additional problems beyond the problem of illegal aliens, but one of the most basic steps we must take is to ensure that only U.S. citizens are living in our country. ALL illegals must go! I do not give a damn how long they have lived here or how many anchor descendants they have. That is THEIR problem, not mine. -ng-

Much can be learned from President Truman's Operation Wetback.

Wow!!!

What he said, in essence,

Why paraphrase inaccurately what he said? LOL!!!

You're putting all kinds of word into his mouth, he said none of what you posted... you're posing questions that he said clearly government should not address... I listened very carefully to his exact words, he said there ought to be a panel of local residents in each town to make a determination on whether or not they should be deported or should be granted a resident permit while they apply for legal citizenship... I appreciate your attempt to clarify, but you're paraphrasing inaccurately... what you just did is exactly what I said people typically do, they paraphrase and bend it around to fit what they "think" they heard...
