Oh, so on a moment-by-moment phenomena they were really only running 24/1? Perhaps we could break that down further into intra-day shifts?

Great-- another example of a "static" dynamic being assumed and promulgated to be "constant" over time...

only to be backed away from when "fullness of time" proves otherwise

Ok with all that really helpful analysis and backtracking on the record, why could the company not sell one machine's regulatory output this quarter? They should right?

Sorry, crystal balls don't make it through phone lines very well.

I love how in December a phone call in August should have stated "running 24/7 since August"

Now THAT'S amazing. I'm supposed to know the status of something in September, October, November, and December based on a phone call in August?

ROFL!!!!!!

At the time of the phone call in early August or late July (I forget the exact date), the machine was running around the clock. It's a pretty simple statement. What has happened since would require another phone call since no crystal ball was given at the time.

That's almost as good as the fuzzy math involved in determining Agilyx's production

The machine has been running 24/7 at times -- I don't recall claiming it was running 24/7 nonstop while they were constructing the premelt, for example. I believe BRIG called the company and talked to Christine and at that moment he was told the machine at that moment was running around the clock. I don't think either of us have any info behind that, and I don't think anybody here ever claimed anything about "running 24/7 since this or that date"

It may be running 24/7 now and has been since whatever date, I don't know. I do know they have a stored inventory of fuel was of 9/30/11, I do know the process works, and I do know the gross profit margins last quarter for P2O were 83.6%.

Again you are talking about the "big story". I am talking results and my point is really simple. Are you now saying all the tweaking is done? And you and Brigg have said they have been running 24/7 and storing the fuel. So this quarter they should be able to sell the full regulatory output from one machine at least right?

So the short answer is... no ... you have no evidence for that assertion.
