Tony, My, I see you have been busy again. Before philosophizing, let me address your issues: 1 - I agree totally with your assesement about Reverse Split I'm glad you agree with my assessment. This is one of the few agreements you and I seem to have reached over the months. 2 - Remember, it's human nature for people to go with the leaders. And that would be STUART, BCM, and GAMETECH. I suspect this sort of comment was coming out of Detroit in the 1960's. The Japanese had a few "comedy" cars here on debut from upstarts like Datsun, Toyota and Honda. But then came the '70's. I can only hope that our competitors are as smug as Ford, GM and Chrysler were back then. And sorry, Tony, but I disagree with your analysis of human nature. Do you honestly think that any of the serious, self-respecting bingo halls will give a good squat about AGTI's management ability or their relative rank in the industry? Get real. The halls will base their contracting decisions on only a few things: product performance, customer service and REVENUES!!! AGTI scores high on all points. I don't know much about Stuart or BCM, but if I were you I would be cautious about touting Gametech too highly. A major hall in California recently removed their Gametech equipment and replaced it with AGTI's MAX Bingo System , a sizable installation. If Gametech is so great, why would any customer boot them out? I have to assume that either the product stunk or the service was poor. Bad news for Gametech, great news for you and me, Tony. Especially when Gametech's IPO is likely to be priced at $12-13 per share and we're sitting around $.11. As we begin taking their business in earnest, why would anyone think they are worth a multiple of 100+ times AGTI? Be happy, Tony! Can't you see that our inferior competitor is actually doing us a big favor? I have a LOT more to say about Gametech, but I'll save that stuff for a future post. I've been doing a little detective work and DD on my own (AGTI doesn't know everything ) and I've picked up some interesting tidbits. REAL interesting, Tony. But first I need to confirm the rumors I heard. To be continued.... 3 - Also keep in mind that we've had working fixed base units out there for years. Gosh, we agree on yet another one, Tony! That embedded base is growing as I type, and will continue to grow at an accelerated rate due to our newly-announced relationship with BTC. 4 - ...don't forget that salary increases for top management kicks in in 1998 and will completely offset that order Tony, you really love to slam AGTI's management team. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out why. It's almost like an obsession with you. I cannot speak for any other reader of this thread, but for myself, I understood your point many posts back. No need to repeat it time after time. Rather than throw rocks from shadows on the internet, why didn't you submit a shareholder proposal for the last general meeting?? This is the proper way to express your discontent with management, not the constant bashing on SI. I'll tell you one thing bluntly. I have met Bob Silzer and have spoken with him several times on the telephone. I'm normally a pretty fair judge of character and I find Bob to be an honorable, honest and hardworking guy. Honest to a fault, even about past mistakes. In light of income which has been deferred by both Silzer and Lakhani, I won't even respond to your comment about salaries. 5 - You and I didn't cause that. Management did... See my point in 4 above?? 6 - It looks to me that SEGA has cooled off. I believe you are wrong. SEGA is alive and well, and living in Las Vegas. 7 - BCM is well respected in the industry so their credibility should help us alot with their clients This is a record, Tony. THREE agreements for you and me. But I thought the company is BTC, per AGTI's press release. Who is BCM? Now for the philosophy. I just read the "war of words" between you and Frank, and in his own style he raises some valid points. There is an obvious pattern to your posts, typically offsetting any moderately positive comments with overwhelmingly negative ones. Why would any normal human do this, at great potential injury to one's own investment? Now does that make any sense to you, Tony? I'm no Sherlock Holmes, but logical deduction and inference would lead me to believe that your intention is to downgrade AGTI at every turn in the road. Or are you so noble in spirit that you wish to save the rest of the world from the Evil Empire which is AGTI? Philosophically speaking, I sometimes ask myself if you and I are maybe on a different plane of logic and simply can't understand each other. But I think you and I understand each other perfectly, Tony. Don't we? Guess that's about enough verbage for one night. But I'll be back.....you can count on it. Hardrocker
