Hi Jim and all: This is great news. I realize we can't count all our chickens before they've hatched...but so far so good - at least we've got eggs to count! I like the deal so far...the "undisclosed" amount of cash is something to think about, but they did say they would obtain a debt schedule of some sort to pay it off over time - and avoid share dilution (not a lot of companies do that! - but lets see if they can "walk the walk"). I like it. Hopefully the deal comes to fruition soon. Looking forward to an excellent 98...gotta like the oil business over gold right now eh?! ;-) Regards, Wats
