AXC - TA

I jumped on at 2 11/16 - 3 for the first purchase. Noticed
what may be a selling climax from roughly 11/6 to 11/17.
Notice the pickup in volume but with relatively less down price
movement. Shares are now passing from one mindset to another.

Worden Bros pickups up good TA signals at this point.

Candlesticks show a lot of "hammers" and short black candles
(but long white ones) at this point also a tower. These are
telling when they occur at the end of trend.

Equivolume shows three clunks down to 2.63 since Oct 27 (the
candlestick towers).

I would say a rally to 5 3/4 between the end of Dec and into
the new year. There will be enourmous resistance from there on up.
Much will then depend on the fundamentals. Will earlier holdouts
continue to hold if they see brightening prospects or will throw
shares to try to get even? Watch the news on the way up in relation
to the price movement.

One other thing to watch for. When the news is all bad, the
story terrible, the customers and shareholders totally
disgruntaled then it is time. It also helps at this time
to look at what the corporate insiders are buying or selling
(bless their little hearts).
