The risk from these levels is of course not only their present failure to grow, but the continuing decline in TV revenues. What I once thought was a hidden growth and value play remains a turnaround that has not fully turned yet. Any one have any guesses as to why they are not proceeeding with their second suit against Mitsubishi, but rather seem to be waiting for what would seemr thei very questionable appeal to be resolved? Financial reasons? Hoping for a deal? Or are they proceeding ( I have not heard any mention of a trial date)? Here's to the fabless plan that Gus has mentioned. I hope they pursue that to a broader market someday. Mymymy.......someday. Those patents must have SOMETHING valuable...... to someone. At some time.
