Corey,

I wish you good luck, but have over time seen many manipulation cases and never have I seen the small investor to recoup anything. If there does happen to be any judgements the lawyers take always eats it up before it gets a chance to dribble down to the investors. But I admire you for standing up for what you feel is right! There really needs to be some reform in securites laws, where the punishment outweighs the gains. At present you can milk small investors out of fortunes, pay a small fine and keep right on trucking. And now the Internet has open a whole new method for these crooks, which is near impossible to police! :(

Happy Trading

Stan

Corey, any investor considering Zitel should read your posts. Whenever management tells potential investors material information in a private conversation - something is seriously Wrong! Unbelievably, the management of Zitel is still out hyping Y2K - Chait was on a Y2K radio show last week: exchange2000.com

Thank you for exposing Zitel's management. The SEC's motto is: "We are the investor's advocate." Hopefully, the SEC will demonstrate their "advocacy" soon regarding Zitel!

Best Regards, Bill
