this RPM, CDE court action is strictly about mine safety issues, I think the ownership issue may drag on until sometime next year.

LOL! It sounds like a new reality TV show. I had a feeling there was widespread use of witness posts. You can't just put a post in a haul road or on a leach pad and not get noticed. I also get the sense that claim ownership is not even in question here, CDE has no case there. Will have to see what comes of the implications of trespass and MSHA violations. I suspect the land RPM picked up is somewhat peripheral and the current RPM shareprice may already reflect approximate value of their 'acquisition'. RPM seems to be moving more or less with other gold stocks.
