I wish he would have said what he means by "cash". He mentioned the risk in MMF's being exposed to Europe debt. So what is cash? Buried under the mattress?

I have begun moving all my cash positions (50% of PF) to short-term U.S. T-bond ETFs which are not affiliated with banks.
