If Brazil keeps this charade up, there won’t be much of a line-up for the next round of bidding!

Hitting BP for over $30 billion didn't stop the industry from screaming for the gov't to open more rounds of bidding and to open drilling again in the GOM......How is Brazil going after Chevron and Transocean any more of a charade than Obama going after BP?
