they are not my friend, but friend of M, the guy who wrote the e-mail i am guessing that the Axxxxxx is not australia or austria due to high tax of both, and that leaves argentina, which could be good as long as they keep their main funds outside of the country until now i had always wondered why certain groupings of people not left certain states in huge numbers while there was the time and instead stayed on and on believing situation would not deteriorate further i no longer wonder, now i know.

It is interesting that everybody is looking for somewhere else to run to.when things get bad. Came from Russia to USA in 1980 because things were bad, especially if of Jewish race. Still better off in USA today, would take a lot to change that but well on our way there. If it were a matter of principle or if I had no family, would have already left for HK, though Canada still an option at least most people there can read and write, do basic math, so some promise for a better tomorrow exists however slight. Costa Rica is very very nice, no military, very high literacy, crime could still be a problem though if you have what others don't I guess
