Yes,you and I (USA ) are looking at Hong Kong,...TJ who is in Hong Kong is looking at Thailand..and i bet the folks in Costa Rica and Argentina are looking at the USA...

Everybody appears to be looking for somewhere else...and i don't think Mexico looks too appealing,especially Vera Cruz.. regards,p1976
