"WASHINGTON — The Obama administration confirmed this week that a provision in the payroll tax bill requiring a quick decision on the proposed Keystone XLoil pipeline from western Canada to the Gulf Coast will probably lead to cancellation of the project. Guys, don't forget, the Greens are our friends and bad news is good news." I hope we have the stones to make him make the decision. I would love to see him run on that decision. To me it is critical to force the guy to make some decisions that are real so that people can see him for what he is or is not - and not simply the beautiful words so many so willingly believe. Bob
