To make a simple dismissal of the Military Industrial Complex as simply "everyone's problem" and then to even hint that it is a public works program is EXACTLY the thinking that allows it to exist. Of course it is everyone's problem and that is why we should be listening to Ron Paul's message. If you - and others - attack Paul for comments that were made in a newsletter he put out better than 20 years ago - how can you ever criticize conservatives for using the Reverend Wright issue against Obama? And if Obama has some obscure paper he wrote 20 years ago it too is now free game? Is that really the issue we should be talking about?
