I haven't kept up with Paul's various explanations since his candidacy doesn't interest me. There are simply too many negatives to make his interesting foreign policy positions worth considering. And, even there, I think they are much too simplistic. I'm all for partially addressing the budget debt/deficit by drawing down troop presence in a host of other places. But it has to be a very thoughtful set of drawdowns. Not ideologically, black and white ones, which sounds like Paul's argument. How was the SF Xmas and your weather? Our weather was warm and dry. And good family stuff.
