Haven't the foggiest. At least in any serious sense. I think Romney will face two issues with his vp choice--he will want to cut down on the drawing power of the inevitable third party movement and he'll want to improve his vote with women (a very big problem for any Rep these days). I know very little about Rubio but I gather he goes some distance on the first problem and purportedly gives Romney Florida plus a bit of a plus with Hispanics. But the latter is not certain. The riffs between Cubans and other Hispanics are very serious so Rubio may only help in heavily Cuban areas.

As for a woman, my lack of info is even deeper. I don't see how he can put either Bachman or Palin on the ticket. So I'm at a loss. Perhaps he would pull a McCain and find some unknown.

But, at least for the moment, I agree with your bit about Rubio. Most likely.
