Yes and no. The whole point of the rule of law is that the playing field is kept level. It doesn't mean that you will win, it means you get a fair shake.

Any good lawyer would tell you to stay as far away from lawyers as possible, although you would do well to use one for a deed or a will and they do come in handy for writing contracts.

Most of the things I do are pretty ugly, if I look closely at them, but I didn't create the ugly, I am trying to clean it up.

If people would honor their marriage vows and their civil commitments to each other, I would not have a job.
