Tested it to make sure JBI could deliver...only knowing that if they were inclined to test at all, they would have to test again when JBI might have some to deliver?? I actually wouldn't agree and I'm puzzled as to why you would think it's a "safe bet" that they would test anything before there was any product to deliver. This is a no-risk agreement with XTR--either Mr. Bordynuik delivers or he doesn't, just like Sousa, Heddle and RockTenn.

As far as the second quarter, you don't notice these slowly and continually shifting timelines but I do. The 'expectation' of the second quarter of 2012 will make it two years since Mr. Bordynuik was completely ready to go early in the second quarter of 2010, awaiting only a simple air permit.
