Then I take that it you don't think that XTR got samples of the fuels that JBI is going to provide in advance of signing this contract and making those public statements?

OK.

Of course there is risk to XTR in signing this agreement and making public statements about it.

If JBI turned out to be a scam or if JBI provided substandard fuels to XTR, XTR would suffer significant negative public perception to the brand.
