This would indicate that, on average, the SI "experts" are not really as expert as one might think. Do the ones who win big do so due to smarts or just PDL (plain dumb luck)?

The NBI index for 2011 was up 11.8%. Perhaps someone would calculate the average gain or loss (vs median) of the Charity portfolios for comparison.
