Excluding people solely based on the color of their skin is --- by definition --- "racist". (Regardless of what race is intended.) But it isn't against any law when it comes to private groups and private associations. (We do have rights under our constitution for assembly and association.) And there ARE already plenty of white-only groups and associations. So I don't see what you mean by "Isn't that just a little bit one sided?" If there don't seem to be 'enough' white-only associations and groups to suit your druthers... well I expect that perfectly reasonable because strong MAJORITIES seldom feel the need for as much of that.
