Doug, thanks for the link.

I used to hold a closed end fund named Asia Tigers which has over 30% invested in HK blue chips. Unfortunately, it was knoked down due to recent downturn in Asian stock markets. I took the loss (as a tax loss that I needed to reduce my tax this year) a couple of week ago. This is traded in the NYSE. The published data indicated that current market price has an 18% discount from net asset value (NAV). Do you think it is good time to get in again as a longer term investment?
