lol, Immediately followed by:

(I encourage everyone to check Elmer's train of thought by reading the SEC's complaint.)

Let us also remind you that these are allegations. I know in your mind an allegation is a fact if it's against Intel but fortunately the Justice system does not carry your bias.


Actually, these are not allegations. They're descriptions of evidence that the allegations (i.e. CLAIMS) are based upon. You know, stuff that they could substantiate in court if need be.
