Discussion of gold as relates to the suply and demand or real estate as such (would require location specifications ets..) is beyond the scope of the thread. Japanese Real Estate is a problem not a solution. If and rather when they start to sell US treasuries watch-out. Brief scenario though: As so perceived quility (US bond market start loosing liquidity-market will panic) Gold is at 12 year low and in tight supply that is getting tighter as more mines collapse. (Average mining cost $320, current POG $305)
