I would be very careful regarding FGII. IMO the low institutional
ownership confirms that they didnt buy it. Perhaps someone
with some specific knowledge might shed some light.
I think FGII is a welding company that has positioned itself
to be swept up in the hoopla of Drillers and services.

During the conference call last month, FGII said that the shipyard would in operation by June 98 or possibly sooner. There is actually two sites, one for building and another to be used for conversions if I remember correctly. Mike, do you remember more of the details?
