Borrow and spend strong dollars and repay in weak dollars.

It's a bit like our working lives. You work your rear off to survive in your strong years (when you could be enjoying yourself, tearing up the place) and then they let you enjoy yourself in your weak years when you need help even waddling over to the mailbox.

Yes, of course, but it's an attempt to control the free market system and trash our currency... while the federal government claims to be the great protector of the middle class, their market manipulation and intentional currency devaluation is hurting the middle class more than anyone...
