They used to think eventually gravitation would collapse the universe, but they recently found that the universe is expending at an ever increasing rate. A physicist Henning Genz, in a book called "Nothiningness" about vacuums, thinks what is going on is that as the universe gets larger, the vacuum energy increases to the point it becomes stronger than gravity caused by matter. And I think it works differently. Pushing instead of pulling??

I have been reading him off an on for 10 years and barely understand anything he is talking about.

You should really get this book Einstein by Walter Issacson. Boy is it good. He is such a good writer and it is a facinating story. I just picked up his other book on Benjamine Franklin I was so impressed with his writing.

I saw bill Maher last night. I watched David Frum say one dumb thing after another, and Debbie Wasserman Shultz sit quietly and fume. I felt she wanted to grab him throw him on the ground and strangle him and I wanted to help-lol.

He is an idiot. Why does Newsweek and the Daily beast hire him?
