The majority of the population was against it. Yeah a bare majority of our elected reps (dem majority both houses)finally approved it after he bought their votes. O should have been focused on jobs and the economy at that time rather than pushing through another entitlement that we could not afford. This is my objection, not an evangelical issue. I can only presume it is the social issues that are pushing the opposition there. The pro life and pushing gay issues would be points of objection. Neil
