Is this a personal attack Chip

You want me on the train?

The point is that the crisis in Asia has just taken a new step forward in severity. According to a brief statement by Andy, Intel hasn't cut back its investments in Asia. But if you read what the Intel powers that be are saying (both in the brief acticle quoted here elsewhere and in their last analysts meeting), they do not have a clear idea of the ultiamte impact upon demand for American technology goods of the Asian financial crisis.

Clearly people do not invest in plants and factories if there is no demand for the goods being produced.

Asia was to have been the engine of growth in the world economy. Now we see the truth of the situation. Or some of us do.
