Let's see here, on June 6, 1997 Ms. McFarlane reported ownership of 700,813 shares of CCSI. Between August 18 and November 5 she sold 90,000 shares. According to my calculator that represents 12.8% of her holdings. BUT THERE'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! Let's see, if she continues to liquidate 90,000 shares every 3 months she will be out of stock in less than 2 years. BUT I'M NOT CONCERNED!
