Well like Koan says everybody must receive a free education from kindergarten to Ph.D. but why stop there. I wonder how much it would cost to educate everybody to the level of a Shakespeare a da Vinci or a Newton? Just imagine what Steve Jobs could have accomplished if Koan was calling the shots of his early education and training. Of course there is nothing in the constitution that says everyone must receive a Ph.D., there is actually nothing in the constitution that says the government must provide any education so I guess the constitution has to go.
