I've been following JBII since the first blitz of news back in Feb. 2010. First red flag for me but since I always lean on being fair and openminded, I listened to the conference call. Second red flag for me. Thinking about the Javaco and Pak-it acquisitions, I thought to myself - REALLY? You mean to tell me you need to go out and buy a whole company just to package a proprietary (shh, secret) catalyst? And you need to buy a whole company just to have an avenue in Latin and South America? REALLY? Wouldn't it have been a helluva lot cheaper just to have someone do the packaging for you and hire a consultant who had southern hemisphere connections? Now $30 million later and running two businesses into the ground and now being sued by the SEC for fraudulent accounting, I still try and remain fair and open minded. But I mean, come on!! WTF!!!!! Why isn't there some kind of shareholder revolt going on to get boy genuis the eff out of the boardroom and get his ass to resign as an officer and get the SEC lawsuit settled? I mean, WTF!!!!! Haven't any of these shareholders ever heard of the prudent man theory? If JB cared ANYTHING about his shareholders, he'd resign immediately as an officer of the company, try and settle the SEC charges, cancel his super-voting stock and pray he and the company can survive. Stay on as a salaried employee and get stock options when the company becomes cash flow positive. Btw, have any true believers reading this checked to find out if patents were filed, under whose name? JBII or JB? What's to stop JB from saying effit and walking away with his secret catalyst and start over? If you don't think that's possible, I can tell you I've seen it happen before with other companies. Why aren't large shareholders holding his feet to the fire at this point, rather than staying misty-eyed for the possible fingers-crossed monster payoff down the road? REALLY?
