Hello Bob:"What ever happened with the third party test on the wells in Colorado?"

Good question. I would like to see the results. The wells you are referring to are Rother 1 and Carroll 1. I haven't seen a thing officially from the company. Unofficially, I heard that the results were good enough to confirm that Carroll 2 would also be a producer. As a result, they are not going to drill Carroll 2 until UPR begins operating its Helium facility in June of 98.

Once the UPR facility is up and running, I believe that NAMX/Patroclos will be much more active on their 960 acres in Cheyenne County. Patorclos has a 50% working interest with UPR on this land.

In my opinion, the people at NAMX feel that they have demonstrated that they can find the Helium deposits located in that geology. It doesn't make any sense to continue drilling holes at $600K a pop when you can't monetize them for six months. I think the shift to projects similar to the Nebraska wells makes much better business sense.

Also, I wonder if UPR is really serious offering NAMX just a 50% working interest. As a shareholder, I would like to see a little better bargaining on NAMX's part. The best thing about the Nebraska wells is that it takes a lot of pressure off of NAMX. Up until Nebraska, UPR held the cards. We needed their land to begin demonstrating the EMSounder technology. Now we have successfully demonstrated our capability to explore, drill and sell resources quickly and cost efficiently. (BTW, I did learn that we have finalized the agreement with KNR covering the sale of our resources from the Nebraska lease.)Also, with income being produced, I would assume that finanical pressures are greatly relieved. UPR is still dealing the cards, but the house rules are more in our favor.

Sorry for the long answer to a short question. Any resemblance to the truth is purely accidental.

Anyone have any idea of the location of the world's largest HE deposit in Siberia? I'm trying to get some data on its size.
