Sure go ahead. I don't doubt there was some fraud. I would throw Franklin Raines into the mix as well. Obama is in charge of the justice department - what are they doing? What about the folks who bought houses and walked away from their loans? What about the states doing from a criminal investigation perspective?

My God a post from Koan that I can agree with. An historic day indeed. If any one doubts that there hasn't been massive fraud arising out of the real esate bubble, google (William Black, resolution trust). Black is probably the foremost expert on White Collar Crime and writes voluminously about the fraud.

Of course Obama and Holder say no crimes were committed and of course the Republican big business apologists agree.
