Think of society as an army. We must always be militarily vigilant. An army is strongest when the most people are strong. The modern day army requires brain power and we are losing out to the Chinese big time. The next war will be fought with computers.; and to put it concretely: "their computers are stronger than ours!" I could go on to talk about quantum computer superiority and the encryption problems that will create for our banks and missle silos. But you get it. Liberals see that.
