Anyone that listened in on the conference call knows the prospects for this company. I will be accumulating on any dips as my finances allow, and backing up the truck when we get marginable. I would like to add a comment about TA. I had an account with a large brokerage house and had shares in trmb---my broker call me and said that their top TA analyst was recommending to sell based on the chart and other indicators. I took his advice and sold at a small loss. In the following months the stock has climbed by more than 50%. Jan

I emailed Scott Liolios a couple of questions about the private placement. I asked him if he could confirm that the PP would be completed this week or next. I also asked if the unusually tight trading range (at least earlier in the week) was a result of market forces keeping the stock price at a level where the placement could be completed at or near 6 1/2 .... The private is being underwritten by Hanifen Imhoff. It is going to a handful of institutional investors. However I can not confirm if it has been completed yet, but I did hear it was expected to be completed by today. I will tell you from experience that an offering usually take longer than expected. Therefore, I would expect it to be completed by Tue. Wed of next week. I also believe the PPM is why the stock volume has slowed down. Once this has closed I believe the stock will continue with its normal trading. Please contact with questions. Scott
