Jaytee, Others, sorry for the confusion, this thread is about day trading. VectorVest vectorvest.com is neat program with great scanning capabilities. 1) Scan for new highs in the last 30 days using 52 hi - lo. Name it "30 day high xxx97. 2) go to strategies and create a one with this criteria: RV > 1, RT > 1, GRT > 1, Vol > 200,000, VST > 1. Name "Ultimate Aggresive". Run Ultimate Aggresive on 30 day high xxxx97 A tremendous time saver, IMO, probably best for position trading though.
