Is Street Smarts ... a good read?

I believe that it is a great read. It has much good advice and many setups. My software is not capable of performing all the calculations required for all the setups. But still, there are many setups that don't require fancy software. In fact, one of the setups has become a favorite of mine.

Another great book from the same publisher is "Hit and Run Trading" by Jeff Cooper (about $100). Great trading tips and very nice setups. I have found one of Jeff's setups to be very reliable (for me, anyway).

I read many books on the market, and they all cost less than these two, but these two are favorites.

Darth: I think you would like it. It's probably right up your alley. I was, and probably still am a little too "green" to understand all of it. However, I believe that, if you just learn to apply 1 technique, and get good at it, you can make money.

They're big on "set ups" and patterns, . Maybe that would be a good compliment to Pristine. Take their picks, look at charts, if any of them are a Connors/Raschke formation, or starting to be one, . . . go for it.

Hope that helps,
Jaytee
