Don as I recall the asian contagion had evry body talking business is bad and we'll maybe break even - it was a period of very little Capex. Then the semis announced the trough had passed. I'm hearing that now from multiple semis's. As for Americans we'll get over our fear based saving once a few homes get built. As I look accross my bck yard I see more home getting framed in the next subdivision than I have seen in 5 years. Americans are saving - but there is a pent up need deisre/want to spens AS WELL. I think the single biggest need for the USA is confidence. WE have had bad news thrown at us for years - many years - I'm sick of it and I see others that way as well. BWDIK Bob
