Hard to know if the price will be more volatile...in less than a month it traded from 8 to 12 ...a 50% range.If that is the case 10 looks reasonably safe. Some of the volatility was due to the exterbal Asian market shocks and something like that can happen at anytime. I have the feeling that it is safe to accumulate at the 10 level...sure you may get a sudden backslide to 8 but you have an equal chance of a gain...if you hold longterm and don't try to bet on short term movements the trend is UP THE TREND IS YOUR FRIEND
