If the CVIA merger takes place, more than likely the new combined company will have a slightly, if not totally, different name.

If my information is correct, this in itself will call all shorts and expose any funky doo wah that is going on.

Calling our certs may be good for all us long haulers however, just because it feels good to have that "hands on" experience if you know what I mean.

Wayne,

You make some interesting points but my concern is still the ability of the MM and brokreage houses to "borrow" these shares that they are holding in street for the share holders. This is done and I don't know for a sure but I don't think this falls under the term short selling. I think it is done for leverage or am I all wet?

Please share your thoughts on this with me.
