If you listen to the discussion on Diane Rehm--or read the transcript--you would know that it has absolutely nothing to do with "freedom of worship," no matter how some of the RW are trying to frame it.

Not exactly. Folks in ministerial positions still can do what they like. It's more where "freedom to worship" gets entangled with business administration- and that is NOT freedom to "worship". That's freedom to wrap your business up in a cross. Seems stupid to me. I hope they do away with it. The religious who do not want abortions aren't going to have them just 'cause they are free. The religious need to have a little faith, and keep it in their churches- and let their businesses take care of everyone. We wouldn't let the church of the White Jesus accept only white victims, now would we? It's a business, in the business of health, and it needs to provide it to everyone. And it needs to be full service.
