If they can complete there current project by early 2Q....<< Big if. They have not completed anything since I am watching the stock, if ever. They're pawning everything they have to stay afloat. I do agree that it's a dangerous naked short but I think long preferred/bonds and short the stock will workin any but the most unlikely scenarios.
