Chuca, if IPM had strong evidence of higher recovery numbers and did not report them, they would be guilty of withholding information that that was significant towards the value of this company. The board of directors could be sued. It is in my interest to see the value of the stock go up, but I think the best way to see this happen is to realize that the best numbers we have now are the ones that have been reported, and then to go from there. This is the reality of the present situation. The shorts did not create it; it is what Bateman found. Speaking of withholding significant information, I strongly feel that the shareholders have a right to see what BD found. After all the BD talk from IPM, I can't believe that they have left that out.

Chuck,

<<Bateman Engineering Inc., an international engineering group with its U.S. headquarters in Denver, Colorado has confirmed, the presence of gold and platinum at Black Rock using the nominated recovery process in the independent verification program. However, the process utilized will most likely not be used for commercial development of the project. Two samples were taken from two separate parts of the one-kilometer grid and as such do not represent a meaningful average for the total grid. These two samples of 20 lbs. each were collected and tested under chain of custody surveillance of the independent consultants. Bateman has indicated that this testing should not be used for the purpose of calculating a resource.>>

This is from the pr last friday. now I am to believe that in fact the recovery numbers were so high that the exchanges would not let them be released, despite the backing from Bateman. Further, that the company isn't allowed to disclose this information (the request from the exchanges for retesting) publicly, but only whisper it around.
The stock falls over 60% in one week. sounds like ipm is held to different standards than other companies.

I dunno, Chuck. it's late, and I'm tired. probably best to get several opinions and weigh them all. hopefully for you it'll work out and the stock will come back with a vengence.

best always,
Kim
