Billy's mom had three kids. She liked to name them after different coins. Here first child name is penny. Her second child name is nicholas. What did she name here third child?

Ansewer: Billy. Well thats pretty oddvious in text, but try it holding a penny, nickle, and dime in your hand and pointing to each one you say the child name to someone else.
