It's a way of helping prop up the economy in the short term while they find/seek ways to prop it up in the long term.

I'm beginning to think that three years is bit more than short term. AND, your boy promised many good things to come, or he wouldn't be reelected.

What's with that BUTW?

Seems to me that many who are on unemployment are gaming they system.

But existentially speaking, that wouldn't be happening, would it?
