Current charts of CDN and AVNT dcn.davis.ca.us I think that AVNT is coming down from a "head-and-shoulders" top and CDN is possibly finishing a "head-and-shoulders" bottom. Should get interesting.

AVNT. I'd cover my short down here for sure. Probably go long to play some short covering move and end of year mark up by the big holders. The case now goes back to Judge Whyte. I believe that the procedure is that he will set a hearing schedule in about 2 weeks (approx Dec 5th) for review of the Aquarius code. (Remember that Judge Whyte had not undertaken discovery on Aquarius the first time around). I suspect that review/discovery will take anywhere from 3-9 months. Similiar to the intitial discovery of ArcCell. That would place the next major event in the AVNT case anywhere from March to July of 1998. IMOO.
